Meet Dr. Shana Williams
Over 18 years of clinical expertise
Eighteen years of Assessment and Clinical experience fostered my current expertise with assessment and evaluations, corporate consultation, team building, interpersonal skills, and psychotherapy. While providing traditional assessment and psychotherapy to unique clients, I have developed expertise and deep insights evaluating personality styles through the candidate’s spoken and non-spoken presentation. Using a comprehensive, tailored assessment, I render an in-depth understanding of intellectual capacity, problem-solving, and stress behaviors. Evaluation of communication skills, achievement, development potential, abilities, interpersonal dynamics, and leadership styles provide a complete framework for decision-makers.

"I had the privilege of serving on an Advisory Committee to the Florida Department of Children and Families with Dr. Williams. During her time chairing that committee, as well as participating as a member, she was compassionate, firm, well organized and very focused on accomplishing the goals of the committee. These are the qualities of someone with true leadership skills."
Rick Kottler
Executive Director
Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services
Of the Treasure Coast, Inc.
"The most useful testimony from Dr. Williams pertained to her insights into the relationship between the hearing world and the deaf world. To a deaf person, no information comes in peripherally or passively. They must focus at all times when they are receiving information, and they don't have the benefit of incidental information."
