Creating Positive Change
Counseling acts as a powerful preventative measure for individuals desiring to increase their coping strategies during difficult life events. Initiating counseling can be a difficult step to take. Counseling will start to identify your personal strengths to meet your emotional and psychological needs, while also providing tools to manage mental health concerns. I work with a broad range of racial, ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, with diverse identities and orientations.
By providing guidance to organizations, individuals, and families who are dealing with concerns, I positively impact their sense of well-being. Counseling encourages clients to discuss emotions and experiences, examine challenging areas including career decisions, motivation, anger, depression, relationships, and stress. Clients define their objectives and gain insight through a therapeutic process.
